A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Education, Bill began his career as a teacher and community servant. That path shifted when he joined his family’s business, providing maintenance products to facility managers. His ability to connect, motivate, and deliver value quickly revealed his true calling — helping businesses grow through customer-centric solutions.

Bill’s career took a major leap forward when he became a manufacturer’s representative for a Minnesota-based company, managing its Detroit OEM office. The company was a pioneer in the truck equipment industry, constantly challenging assumptions and innovating to redefine customer expectations. It was there that Bill learned the power of disruption, innovation, and unwavering client focus — lessons that continue to shape his leadership today.
